NFG may collect identifiers and contact details; account and company information; VINs, vehicle and ECU information; uploaded files and photographs; transaction, billing and shipping information; appointment and communication records; device, browser, IP address, cookie and security data; dealer application, training and service information; and any information you choose to submit.

Information may be used to create and secure accounts; verify identity or authorization; provide diagnostics, programming, calibration, files and support; schedule appointments; process payments and orders; operate dealer and marketplace programs; prevent fraud and malware; send transactional or consented marketing messages; maintain records; analyze service performance; enforce agreements; and comply with law.

Owner-approved dealer directory profiles may display the business name, business phone, verified shop address or mobile service area, business hours and supported equipment. Application emails and private device notes are not part of the public profile. Marketplace product listings keep seller phone numbers, email addresses and exact addresses private.

NFG may disclose only what is reasonably necessary to service providers supporting hosting, storage, payments, communications, analytics, security, VIN services, shipping, financing and professional advice; to an assigned dealer or authorized company user; during a business transaction; to protect rights and safety; or when required by valid legal process. Service providers may use information only for contracted purposes.

NFG does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you choose AI photo identification, the selected ECU-label image is sent to OpenAI with your consent to extract the manufacturer, ECU family and part number. Review and confirm the extracted identifiers before using them in a service request. Crop out personal information before submitting. AI recognition can be wrong; review the label and have NFG confirm exact compatibility before service.

NFG retains records only as reasonably needed for service, warranty, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations and legitimate business purposes. The portal restricts service records and file access by account and assigned role. Keep independent copies of your original service files. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; and appeal a denied request. Send requests to support@nfgtuning.com. NFG may verify identity and authorized-agent authority. NFG will not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Because NFG does not sell or share personal information for targeted cross-context advertising, there is no sale or sharing to opt out of. If those practices change, NFG will update this policy and provide legally required controls before the change.

We collect numeric loading, responsiveness and layout measurements, grouped by broad page name and phone or desktop size. These first-party measurements contain no account IDs, VINs, form contents or query strings and are kept for seven days. We respect the browser’s Do Not Track setting. Brief request-rate limits protect this endpoint without keeping raw IP addresses in the measurement records.

Necessary cookies support security, sign-in, preferences, shopping carts and essential operation. Optional analytics or advertising technologies should remain disabled until the visitor provides any legally required consent. Browser controls can limit cookies, but some functions may stop working. NFG will honor legally required privacy preference signals when applicable.

NFG services are intended for adults and businesses and are not directed to children under 13. NFG does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian may contact support@nfgtuning.com regarding suspected collection.

NFG is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by service providers. Where applicable law requires additional transfer protections or rights, NFG will apply them.

By using the website or portal, you agree to these terms and incorporated policies. You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use the service lawfully and have authority over submitted vehicles, modules, files and payment methods. NFG may change or discontinue features and may update terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date.

NFG names, logos, website content, workflows and original materials belong to NFG or its licensors. Customers retain rights in lawfully submitted materials but grant NFG a limited permission to process them to provide requested services. Users must not upload content they lack authority to use.

Compatibility results, estimates, guided-help responses and general technical content are preliminary and require confirmation. Services are provided under the written order and any express warranty stated there. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
