Check the seller on your invoice

Products sold by NFG Tuning follow the applicable supplier or manufacturer warranty provided for that product. Products sold by an independent dealer follow that dealer’s own published warranty and return terms, together with any applicable manufacturer warranty. NFG Tuning does not provide an additional dealer-product warranty unless it expressly agrees in writing. The seller identified on your invoice is your first point of contact.

These terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights, statutory warranties, or remedies for defective, incorrect or undelivered goods. Applicable law takes priority. Specific written terms disclosed and agreed before payment apply to the order; later website changes do not reduce existing rights.

Policy edits published by NFG or a dealer appear here and on linked listings automatically. Official supplier links open the supplier’s current documents. Supplier website changes are not automatically copied into your order. Request and keep the exact warranty supplied before payment.

Other suppliers and product-specific terms

The NFG seller policy applies to every product sold by NFG Tuning, including products from suppliers not listed here. Warranty eligibility can depend on model, condition, registration, region and purchase date. A supplier appearing in this directory does not mean every product carries the same warranty. Where a specific warranty or return deadline is not shown, obtain it in writing before paying.

Start a return or warranty request

Use your customer portal with the invoice number, serial number, issue description and photographs. NFG handles its own sales and can help route dealer purchase requests to the correct seller. Do not ship a return until you receive the authorized address and instructions.
